Right of withdrawal

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded by distance communication. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Felix Straub, trading as SwiftLabs Studio
Schanzenstr. 19
90478 Nürnberg, Deutschland
Email: hallo@swiftlabs.studio
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already performed until the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal relating to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract (compensation for value pursuant to § 357a BGB).

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and, at the same time, confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).

Because SwiftLabs typically begins the conception and creation of your website before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, we obtain this express consent and the confirmation of your knowledge of the premature expiry of the right of withdrawal separately in text form - as part of the order confirmation, before we begin work.
