Web design for doctors and medical practices
Someone looking for a practice wants to know three things: whether you treat their concern, when you are open and how to get an appointment. A website that answers that in the first screen takes a good share of the phone load off your front desk.
01
Hausärzte am Rathausplatz shows how three different sets of hours can sit side by side without anyone reading the wrong one.
The template puts appointment hours, walk-in hours and phone hours in one row, lists the in-house diagnostics with the year each device arrived, and explains in one sentence why there is no online booking.

Fictional brand, built template
Hausärzte am Rathausplatz is an invented practice, not a client engagement. The template is fully built - what it becomes for your practice grows out of your focus areas, your team and your hours.

Most calls are about organisation, not medicine.
Opening hours, appointments, who is responsible - almost everyone asks that before anything clinical.
Technical terms, organisational details and sensitive decisions need clear language, calm design and a visible distinction between information and personal medical advice.
03
Orientation before the practice visit.
Patients need to see whether services, access and appointment route fit their situation.
Explain treatments
Specialisms are explained so a layperson can place them: what happens, how long it takes, what it is for.
Make people visible
Qualifications, team roles and genuine practice images create factual familiarity.
Clarify appointment routes
Online booking, phone, referrals and urgent-care notes are clearly separated.
04
The pages a practice runs on.
The structure reduces questions and supports people before, during and after the appointment decision.
01
Treatments & specialisms
Services are grouped by understandable concerns and medical focus.
02
Medical team
Fields, qualifications and responsibilities are clearly assigned.
03
Practice & directions
Rooms, hours, location and accessibility information support planning.
04
Patient information
Preparation, documents, insurance and aftercare details remain findable.
05
Appointments & contact
Booking routes and limits of online communication are explained clearly.
05
What a patient has to be able to look up.
Trust comes from details someone can look up and recognise again on site.
Qualifications
Specialist titles, fields and relevant training are attributed correctly.
Real contacts
Team, responsibilities and languages help patients understand the visit.
Current practice images
Photographs of the rooms and the people show a patient what is waiting on the day of the appointment.
Access in numbers
Steps, lift, door width, toilet - plus readable type sizes, sufficient contrast and operation without a mouse. Anyone who depends on it needs the measurement.

06
People search for a concern first and a name second.
The website answers those questions with content your practice has approved. The diagnosis stays with the appointment.
- The appropriate specialty or practice for a health concern
- Understandable information about an examination or treatment
- An accessible practice with suitable hours and appointment route

Doctors & practices: what a website costs.
That puts us above what you will read elsewhere while comparing. The difference is in the scope: structure and design are made for your company rather than taken from a template, copy and images we take from you or create ourselves, and the site is built so that Google and AI search can read and quote it. Work outside the packages is billed at €120 per hour, announced and approved before it starts.
What a website costs
The company website starts at €6,900 plus VAT, the website system with its own editing area at €14,900. After launch the site stays with us: €49 a month for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring - or €499 a month for full care, which includes ongoing changes, active SEO work and new content.
You get the binding fixed price for your project after a short call, usually within one working day.
