Web design for hospitality and stays
Guests decide within seconds whether a place suits them. A good stay website shows rooms, location and atmosphere credibly, makes availability clear at a glance and leads straight to booking.
01
A guest compares several places at once.
People comparing decide on the photos and on whether the room is available.
Guests compare several places in parallel across platforms. Winning them over takes strong, honest photography, clear room information and a booking path that never stalls.
02
From first impression to booking.
First someone has to picture the room. After that, nothing may stand between them and the booking.
Make rooms tangible
Categories, amenities and angles give an honest picture of every room or unit type.
Show location and atmosphere
Surroundings, access and the property itself build trust before the guest books.
Simplify booking
Availability, date ranges and the enquiry or booking route are reachable without detours.
03
Structure follows the guest journey.
Navigation follows the decision path from first interest to confirmed booking.
01
Rooms & categories
Room and unit types are clearly distinguished by amenities, size and occupancy.
02
Amenities & service
Breakfast, wellness, parking and further services are visible at a glance.
03
Location & surroundings
Directions, surroundings and nearby attractions support trip planning.
04
Photo gallery
Genuine photography of rooms, shared spaces and exteriors conveys atmosphere.
05
Availability & booking
Date range, occupancy and the booking or enquiry route are integrated directly.
04
Reliability before arrival.
Guests book more easily when expectation and reality visibly match.
Genuine photography
Current, unedited images of rooms and property set realistic expectations.
Reviews
Embedded guest reviews from established platforms support the property's own presentation.
Current availability
Calendar and occupancy status stay current and consistent with external channels.
Clear directions
Arrival information, parking and on-site contacts are easy to find.

05
Guests search stay, location and dates.
The website answers these questions directly and leads straight to a booking enquiry or confirmation.

Hospitality & stays: what a website costs.
That puts us above what you will read elsewhere while comparing. The difference is in the scope: structure and design are made for your company rather than taken from a template, copy and images we take from you or create ourselves, and the site is built so that Google and AI search can read and quote it. Work outside the packages is billed at €120 per hour, announced and approved before it starts.
What a website costs
The company website starts at €6,900 plus VAT, the website system with its own editing area at €14,900. After launch the site stays with us: €49 a month for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring - or €499 a month for full care, which includes ongoing changes, active SEO work and new content.
You get the binding fixed price for your project after a short call, usually within one working day.
