Web design for restaurants and hospitality

Guests decide quickly: do the food, atmosphere, price and occasion fit? A strong hospitality website answers that on mobile before the menu, hours or booking become a search task.

01

The first visit begins before the door.

Atmosphere creates interest. Dependable information makes the decision possible.

The mood is carried by your pictures, often on Instagram already. The decision is made at the menu, the current hours, the notes on access and parking, and the route to a table - and that is what a guest looks for on your site.

02

Menu, opening hours, table - in that order.

A guest usually looks on the move and with one specific question.

Explain the concept fast

Cuisine, point of view, price level and suitable occasions become clear in a few glances.

Show genuine atmosphere

Food, space and team are presented through an original, consistent image world.

Simplify booking

Hours, address, table request and group options stay accessible on mobile.

03

Everything important before the next swipe.

The story can be distinctive while core information remains quick to find.

  1. 01

    Concept & cuisine

Profile, origin and culinary idea give the offer a clear frame.

  2. 02

    Menu

A readable HTML menu or maintained selection works better than a heavy PDF.

  3. 03

    Space & atmosphere

Original images show whether the place fits dinner, lunch or an occasion.

  4. 04

    Events & groups

Capacity, formats and the enquiry route for events are explained separately.

  5. 05

    Plan a visit

Booking, hours, directions and important notes sit together.

04

Being current is a quality signal in hospitality.

Outdated hours or menus damage trust faster than design can build it.

Original photography

Current images of food and space set an expectation the visit can meet.

Dependable opening hours

Special and kitchen hours are maintained centrally and labelled clearly.

Directions & access

Address, parking, public transport and relevant accessibility details support the visit.

External response

Press or reviews appear with sources without overstating isolated opinions.

05

Guests search by cuisine, occasion and availability.

Local findability comes from a clear profile and maintained facts. The website should answer questions rather than repeat the restaurant name.

  • Cuisine or dietary preference in a particular area
  • A restaurant for a date, family, business lunch or celebration
  • Current opening and a way to reserve a table

How we work

After the order and a complete brief, your website is usually ready within a few days - built, hosted and online. The binding date is in your quote, because it depends on the scope. Changes after that are normally done within three working days.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & quote

You describe your plans and get a binding fixed-price quote.

  2. 02

    Draft & build

We develop the design and the SEO strategy and build your site from scratch.

  3. 03

    Go-live

Your site is finished and goes online. You connect your domain with a DNS record - usually done in under five minutes.

  4. 04

    Ongoing care

Depending on your plan we keep developing the site, install security updates and change or add content on request.

Hospitality: what a website costs.

That puts us above what you will read elsewhere while comparing. The difference is in the scope: structure and design are made for your company rather than taken from a template, copy and images we take from you or create ourselves, and the site is built so that Google and AI search can read and quote it. Work outside the packages is billed at €120 per hour, announced and approved before it starts.

What a website costs

The company website starts at €6,900 plus VAT, the website system with its own editing area at €14,900. After launch the site stays with us: €49 a month for hosting, updates, backups and monitoring - or €499 a month for full care, which includes ongoing changes, active SEO work and new content.

You get the binding fixed price for your project after a short call, usually within one working day.

Web design for hospitality in practice.

Hospitality: what does a website cost?
The company website starts at €6,900 plus VAT, the website system at €14,900. Hosting and care start at €49 a month on top. You get the binding fixed price for your project after a short call, usually within one working day.
How long until the website is online?
Usually a few days after the order and a complete brief; the binding date is in your quote. We do the building: structure and design come out of what you tell us rather than out of a questionnaire you fill in. From you we need company details, existing text and images and a sign-off - whatever is missing, we create.
Who changes copy and images later?
On the care plan at €499 a month you tell us and we do it, usually within three working days. If you would rather edit yourself, take the website system: it includes an editing area where you manage pages, images and whole collections without us.
What happens to our existing website?
It stays online until the new one is ready. We build in parallel on a preview link, carry over the content that still works, and redirect the old addresses to the new ones so Google and shared links still arrive. Your domain moves on the day you approve.
Can you connect a booking system?
Yes. We integrate an existing system well or recommend a suitable solution. Availability and booking logic remain with that provider.
How does the menu stay current?
Depending on how often it changes, we build simple editing or handle defined updates through Care. Important content should not exist only in a PDF.
Does the site help local findability?
It creates the foundation: unambiguous content, marked-up location and opening data, fast loading. For "restaurant near me" searches your Google Business Profile carries weight too; what stands there and what stands on the site have to agree, and we reconcile them while building.
How does the menu stay current when it changes weekly?
Then it gets its own editing area: create dishes, change prices, publish the day's menu. Where the menu changes two or three times a year, we handle the updates on the care plan.
What if we are mostly found through Instagram?
Then the website is where the link in your profile points - and the place where the menu, the hours, the directions and the booking route stand without anyone scrolling through posts. Together, website and Instagram reach more than either channel on its own.
